AI Disclosure

Where SitePlanMaker uses automated systems, what they can do, and what every user must verify.

Effective: August 11, 2026

Company: MTTenterprise Inc.

1. Where AI may be used

  • Read visible text and suggest fields from uploaded surveys, sketches, parcel maps, or permit documents.
  • Suggest drawing objects or geometry for user review.
  • Summarize official municipality pages and draft reusable requirement profiles with source citations.
  • Identify missing plan details and suggest corrections.
  • Classify support or workflow information and improve service reliability.

2. What AI does not do

AI output is not a legal survey, boundary opinion, zoning certificate, engineering design, architectural service, legal advice, professional seal, or permit approval. SitePlanMaker cannot inspect the property or confirm facts that are not reliably shown in the source material.

3. Required user review

AI can misread text, invent a detail, apply an outdated rule, miss an exception, or place geometry incorrectly. Treat every extracted measurement, boundary, setback, zoning rule, citation, and readiness result as a suggestion until you verify it. The editor keeps AI-assisted content reviewable so you can accept, correct, or reject it.

4. Municipality research safeguards

The municipality workflow is designed to prefer first-party government sources, preserve citations, separate general rules from property-specific checks, and block automatic publication when evidence safeguards fail. An automatically published profile means the configured evidence checks passed. It does not mean the municipality reviewed or endorsed the profile.

5. Providers and private data

AI features may use third-party model, OCR, or hosting providers. We send the information needed to perform the requested feature and apply available account and privacy controls. We do not sell private project documents or intentionally publish them. Provider processing is also governed by the provider’s applicable terms and privacy commitments.

6. Your choices

You can manually enter project information and correct or reject AI suggestions. Some extraction and research features may require AI processing, and the interface will identify those features. Contact support if you need help understanding whether a specific workflow uses AI.
